Sephora has successfully graduated from the Certified Industrial Personnel Apprenticeship(CIPA) program at. Throughout her training, Sephora demonstrated strong commitment and consistency by maintaining perfect attendance during the program.

During the CIPA program, Sephora completed core curriculum modules including Computer Training, Career Development, Career Path Management, Academic Upgrading, and Industry Specific Skills. Through Career Development, learners build practical employment skills through modules such as Resume, Cover Letter, Work Search Techniques, and Interview Skills. Career Path Management helps learners strengthen important workplace skills including Communication, Conflict Resolution, Time Management, and Group Dynamics.

As part of the Industry Specific Skills portion of the program, CIPA learners complete industrial safety training including CSTS and WHMIS, Fall Protection, Forklift, Confined Space, H2S Awareness, and Standard First Aid and CPR C to help prepare for industrial and construction workplace environments.
