David has successfully graduated from the Certified Industrial Personnel (CIP) program at Lokken College. With perfect attendance throughout his training, David demonstrated a strong commitment to his program and secured employment as a Baker.

One of David’s most significant learning experiences was participating in an interdisciplinary group project. Working with students from different fields taught him the importance of teamwork, communication, and valuing the contributions of others. These skills connect directly to Career Path Management, where learners develop workplace skills such as Group Dynamics, Communication, and Interpersonal Management.

David’s training also gave him practical skills to support his employment. Through Career Development, he strengthened his Resume, Cover Letter, Work Search Techniques, and Interview Skills, while Computer Training helped him build the digital skills needed in today’s workplace. His Industry Specific Skills training also provided the safety knowledge expected of workers entering the workforce.

When reflecting on his program, David said: “Working with students from different fields enriched my perspective and taught me the importance of teamwork. This experience enhanced my leadership skills and taught me how to listen to and value others’ contributions.”
