Darson successfully applied for the Certified Industrial Personnel (CIP) program through Lokken College. During his 20 week program, he refined his resume and cover letters to be more suited towards his employment goal, and improved on his interviewing skills through 1-on-1 practice with his instructor. Through this hard work, Darson was able to secure full-time employment as a roofing labourer. Congratulations, Darson!
