Brooke has successfully graduated from the Certified Apprenticeship Personnel (CAP) program at Lokken College. She demonstrated exceptional commitment throughout her training by maintaining perfect attendance and earning her emerit Line Cook certification.

When reviewing her program, Brooke said: “My most significant learning experience at Lokken College was realizing what I am capable of achieving when I stay committed to my goals. Earning my Line Cook Certificate taught me responsibility, teamwork, and the importance of hard work and perseverance.”

As part of the CAP program, Brooke completed Computer Training, Career Development, Career Path Management, Academic Upgrading, and Industry Specific Skills. Through these modules, learners develop the digital skills needed in today’s workplace, strengthen their academic foundation, prepare professional resumes and cover letters, practice interview techniques, and build workplace skills such as Group Dynamics, Occupational Health and Wellness, Conflict Resolution, and Interpersonal Management. Brooke also completed the emerit Line Cook certification, providing industry-recognized training for careers in the hospitality sector.
