Marlon recently graduated from the 20-week Certified Industrial Personnel program at Lokken College, after securing full-time, permanent employment with Paul First Nation. During his program, he completed industry specific training, earning safety tickets such as: Standard First Aid and CPR C, Fall Protection, Confined Space, and more. He also developed his resume and cover letter, and interviewing skills, completing mock interviews with his instructor as well as the course components related to those skills.

When reflecting on his program, Marlon said: “The program has helped me a lot, especially with remembering key information, staying organized, waking up early, and maintaining a healthy routine.” Congratulations on your success, Marlon.
