Chance graduated from the 20 week Certified Industrial Personnel program, and has recently completed the 180-day follow up period after securing employment as a Warehouse Labourer with Sobeys. During his program, Chance completed the Career Development curriculum, which includes resume and cover letter building, as well as Career Path Management daily presentations to improve soft skills employers want, and Academic Upgrading to qualify to write the GED exams.
