Zemichael completed the Certified Industrial Personnel (CIP) program with perfect attendance and secured employment in an entry-level construction position. Through the CIP program, learners strengthen their academic and employment foundations while completing industry recognized certifications, such as Construction Safety Training System (CSTS), First Aid, Fall Protection, and more.
