Dillon recently graduated from Lokken College’s Certified Industrial Personnel program, demonstrating strong commitment to his training and readiness for the industrial workforce. Throughout the program, he completed all required components that prepare learners for employment in construction, manufacturing, and industrial settings.

During his training, Dillon earned all safety certifications, including Standard First Aid and CPR C, Forklift Operator Safety, CSTS, Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry/Monitor, and H2S Awareness. Through the CIP curriculum, he developed essential workplace skills, including occupational health and safety, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, alongside academic upgrading and employability training.

Dillon secured employment with a landscaping company to satisfy the final requirement of his program, leading to graduation.
