After moving to Canada in 2024, Sesuna quickly recognized that securing employment would be key to building a successful future in her new home. She enrolled in the 20-week Certified Industrial Personnel Apprenticeship program at Lokken College to gain a competitive edge in the Canadian job market.

Throughout the program, Sesuna engaged in Career Development training that helped her identify a suitable employment goal and tailor her resume and cover letter to align with employer expectations. She also participated in daily Career Path Management presentations to build essential employability skills.

In addition to career preparation, Sesuna completed industry-specific training and safety certifications, enhancing her resume and readiness for the workforce. Her dedication and training led to a local employment opportunity, completing the final phase of her program and marking a successful start to her career in Canada.
