Sofia has graduated from Lokken College’s Certified Hospitality Personnel program after securing employment in the hospitality sector. She demonstrated near-perfect attendance throughout her training, showing commitment and reliability that prepared her for success on the job.

During her program, Sofia completed the Career Development curriculum, including Employment Planning, Resume and Cover Letter Building, and strategies to search for and secure long-term, gainful employment. She also successfully passed the emerit exam, validating her skills and knowledge for her chosen career path.

The Certified Hospitality Personnel program includes career development curriculum, academic preparation to write the CAEC exams, and industry specific training through emerit. Emerit certifications include Retail Training, Front Desk Agent, Housekeeping Room Attendant, and Line Cook. These courses build knowledge of industry best practices and National Occupational Standards to give learners an edge when entering the workforce.
