Samuel recently completed the 20-week Certified Industrial Personnel Apprenticeship program at Lokken College. The program is designed to prepare learners for employment by focusing on key areas such as career development, employable skills, and industry specific training. Throughout his time in the program, Samuel identified a clear employment goal and developed a personalized action plan to reach it. He also worked closely with his instructor to create a professional resume and cover letter that reflected his strengths and career objectives.

In addition to one-on-one guidance, Samuel participated in daily Career Path Management presentations to strengthen his workplace skills, including communication, time management, health and wellness, and conflict resolution. He also completed safety training and earned certifications relevant to his industry, helping to boost his confidence and competitiveness in the job market. Samuel’s commitment and progress led to a successful employment outcome, fulfilling the final phase of his program and marking the start of his new career path.
