Francine attended and successfully graduated from the Certified Hospitality Personnel (CHP) program at Lokken College. During her program, she worked through the Lokken College curriculum to refine her resume and cover letter, and worked on improving her employment interview skills. Francine used these new skills, along with her improved employment searching ability to secure full-time employment. Recently, Francine reported a significant experience of her program was that “my instructors went above and beyond for me to be successful“.
