- Assessment: Service Needs Determination, Employability Assessment, Specialized Assessment
- Employment Plan (Service) Management
- Exposure Courses
- Job Placement, and
- Workplace Training

The CIP program will:
- Expand your ability to find and retain work
- Help you market yourself to employers.
- Provide you with the safety training required in today’s trade based industries.
- Provide instruction to help you obtain the academic requirements for your chosen trade.
- Provide opportunities for work experience in a variety of trades.
- Help you find full time employment in the trade of your choice.
- Provide ongoing employment support and counselling for six (6) months after you graduate.

The CIP(A) program will:
