Employment Specialists (ES) deliver labour market development and information programs to individuals and businesses who strive to maximize their potential in the Labour Market. They share their expertise in both one-on-one and group-based environments. The ES works in conjunction with the delivery team, and in concert with our corporate values, to ensure timely, relevant and profitable delivery of our labour market programs. If you have a Diploma or Certificate in Career Development or Liberal Arts and at least two years experience in delivering programs and services in one-on-one and/or group-based environments and are interested in working with a dynamic company while tackling the challenge of the Alberta Labour Market, please forward your resume to hrreddeer@lokken.com.

Employment Specialist (AU - Academic Upgrader)
Employment Specialists (AU) deliver labour market development and academic upgrading programs to individuals who strive to maximize their potential in the Labour Market. They share their expertise in an adult classroom setting to mentor students, enhance skill sets, and assist with educational achievement to enter the skilled work force. If you have a Bachelor of Education or Adult Education, at least two years of experience, and are interested in working with a dynamic company while tackling the challenge of the Alberta Labour Market, please forward your resume to hr@lokken.com.
Reception/Administrative Support
Reception and Administrative Support (AS) personnel provide initial customer services. They also manage the information flow associated with the delivery of Labour Market Development Programs. The ES works in conjunction with the delivery team, and in concert with our corporate values, to ensure timely, relevant and profitable delivery of our labour market programs. Program Coordinators
Program Coordinators (PC) provide Business Development, Human Resources, Operational and Financial support to a specific program unit. In conjunction with the executive team they ensure timely and relevant delivery of each component of our labour market programs. The PC works in conjunction with the delivery team, and in concert with our corporate values, to ensure timely, relevant and profitable delivery of our labour market programs. If you have successfully completed a Post-Secondary program in Business or Commerce, Economics, Adult Education, or another related discipline; have at least two years of Business Development, Human Resources, Operational and Financial experience and are interested in working with a dynamic company while tackling the challenge of the Alberta Labour Market, please forward your resume to hr@lokken.com.
